I requested an emergency appointment and was fitted in that same morning,

From the very start reception very kind to my elderly mother who was anxious about her treatment but Miles the dentist was so kind and explained every step with such kindness after the treatment my mother came out very happy and totally at ease his assistant was also very kind

I’ve been attended to by Miles Atkinson for well over 20 to 25 years but I’m now having to move closer to home as I am 86 years of age and I also have glaucoma which means I might not be able to drive from Hadlow to Sevenoaks in the future. I have always been very happy with Miles and it’s only the distance and the travelling which has prompted my move to a different dentist literally five minutes away but if I’m unhappy, Miles said I can always return to him. I’ve always been happy with Miles who gives me the time by explaining exactly what is happening and why and I’m that the sort of person who needs to know this information. Very sad at leaving him but at this time in my life, I have to think ahead.

I have only ever had a scale and polish so this appointment was my first of this type. Everyone was so lovely. I was surprised that I didn't get to rinse my mouth at the end but `I am guessing this is a new type of process. That meant that my mount didn't feel as fresh as they have when I have had a traditional scale and polish but that said my teeth were much cleaner to look at. Staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Although there was some misunderstanding about the actual booking of my appointment I was still seen in the time slot I thought I was booked in for. The practice was very apologetic and accommodating and managed to fit me in.

Knowledgeable, kind and experienced clinicians

Dr Miles Atkinson is an outstandingly careful and skilful dentist. I have know him for 25 years. I have recently met Dr Radost hygienist (and dentist) who is careful and patient-conscious. It is an excellent practice.

I have been seeing Mr Miles Atkinson for 18 years and can honestly say that you will not find a kinder, more friendly and expert Dentist than him. I can only thank him very much for his super service to my teeth over the years. 5 star service.
