Dr Atkinson always greets me on arrival. He settles me down and makes me comfortable before explaining exactly what treatment he is going to carry out. His personal manner is always excellent sharing both his humour and dental knowledge at all times. Dr Atkinson has been my dentist for over 15 years during which time I have highly recommended him to numerous friends and relatives.

I have been a client for over 20 years & have always had punctual, caring & highly satisfactory appointments. The care given by my dentist is exemplary & he always explains everything. I would never consider changing to another Practice. The reception staff are polite, knowledgeable & helpful too.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The premises are spotlessly clean. Procedures and charges are all properly explained and the patients needs are prioritised throughout.

Dr Patel and Gemma were amazing, so patient with me, excellent bedside manner! They really took their time to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be (in the circumstances!) and I really appreciated Dr Patel explaining each step of the process with me.

Ian and team are very professional, friendly and thoughtful. Reception did not know hygenist collects / recycles interdental brushes / devices, despite fact has been doing it for some time. Felt a bit lax, tbh.

I had my first visit to Atkinson Brignall's dental hygienist, Paula, this week. She and her assistant were very welcoming and explained clearly what would happen. The whole process was done very well and I have a much clearer idea of which areas to concentrate on going forward. Thank you ladies.
