At Atkinson Brignall Caring Dentistry, we are committed to providing you with the best treatment possible. Your smile is one of the most important investments you will ever make.

We realise that some patients may have financial anxieties and will do our best to suggest ways to address these.  Before any treatment is started, we will always provide you with an estimate of treatment costs, a full written treatment proposal is provided for more complex cases and can be provided for any patient on request. Please do not be afraid to ask. We are able to take payments by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

Our helpful staff are always on hand to talk through the range of finance options we can provide to ensure we fit your treatment around your needs and your personal budget.

We hope to be able to offer interest free finance facilities shortly, for more involved treatments.

For maintenance, some patients prefer to pay for any treatment as it comes along, while others prefer to spread the cost of any potential treatment, by joining a monthly payment plan. Plans such as DPAS or Denplan cover the main costs of treatment to maintain your dental health, and  are well worth looking into. Payments are set according to the overall risk status of the mouth. For many patients, such schemes act as an encouragement to attend, knowing that payments are covered rather than putting things off and allowing potential problems to escalate. Costs of such schemes vary from practice to practice depending on a variety of factors including third party interests, quality of care and completeness of cover the individual practice is able to provide. Preventative care with our membership plan

Dental health examinations provide:

  • Clinical examinations to catch developing problems early.
  • Checking for signs of oral cancer for early detection.
  • X rays where clinically necessary to provide an in depth examination of your oral health.

Hygiene appointments provide:

  • Professional removal or harmful hard plaque.
  • Advise and techniques – we work with you to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
  • Fresher breath and brighter smiles for enhanced confidence.
